If it still retained a shy doubt, there is now some: major political feathers have sharp judgement and sharp teeth. Interviewed by the independent agency Vae Solis Corporate on orchestration, by policy, their personal communication, they raise in their Top 5, two fundamentally atypical in the panorama political personalities: Ségolène Royal, talonnée by Olivier Besancenot, spokesman for the NPA, followed, elbow-to-elbow by unexpected tandem, Xavier Bertrand - Jean - François Copé, himself ahead of François Bayrou, the pattern of the MoDem. In all, and for the first time, 42 journalists political surveyed anonymously by Vae Solis, not on the action itself... but on the style, the message, the method and tools policy. Conducted over eight months, from September 2008 to April 2007, the study focused on 37 personalities chosen from among the 50 favorite policies of the French. Note, however, the absence of Daniel Cohn-Bendit, which, it is true, the European flight was still hardly predictable in early spring.
Remains a Top 5 of the "communicating best" instructive. Thus, the winning duo Royal-Besancenot harvest, according to Arnaud Dupuy-Casterets, Vae Solis Corporate President, "very typed communication, which mark the spirits and provides a high level of visibility". But the example has no force of law, since, behind them, arises a more conventional tandem consisting of Jean-François Copé, President of the UMP in the National Assembly group, and Xavier Bertrand, Minister of labour. A priori, all between two men: where Copé appears Parisian to the end of the nail, bold, ambitious, Bertrand plays more readily the map of the a little provincial bosseur, laborious check... But in reality, behind the veil of very dissimilar style, methods and how to manipulate truth and lies closer in a disturbing way: "to the press, Copé practice, of course, the language of wood, but it does so by showing that he is not fooled...". "It's always more fun," said a journalist. While Bertrand attracted this note: "Good VRP there ability to seem sincere, which can make it persuasive in its media interventions." But Hunt's natural, it is up to the gallop... Thus, Ségolène Royal and Olivier Besancenot. With 30 appointments to appear in the Top 5, a note 7.04 on style and 5.11 on the quality of issued message, the "Madonna of PS" widely outperforms its competitors. Fly high praise: "It is a UFO of political communication," exclaims a journalist. It has an original and dramatic style. It grew enormously. "Or,"as Sarkozy, it balances image, character and message." Like him, it is positioned in the transgression, both on the form on the bottom. (...) "It masters its image, and is addressed to the French more than journalists."
Identical treatment for Olivier Besancenot, which inherits from 27 nominations for the Top 5, a note of 7.35 for style, and 6,76 densities of the message. Here again, this is the difference that creates success. But if these political journalists draw their hats to the virtuosity of the communication of Ségolène Royal and Olivier Besancenot, they are not their distances and ferocity is never far from the praise: "Ségolène". "In a Word, it's a confusing scam," loose a little leads feather. While another judge on the merits: "it makes no idea in the long term and often turns its back on the values of left.
