Commissioned by Philippe Pelletier, Chairman of the strategic Committee of the building plan Grenelle, to animate the Working Group established to make proposals to save energy in private tertiary (1), Serge Grzybowski, President of Icade, delivered its report yesterday. About 70 participants have contributed to the work, cut to quatre themes: thermal regulation 2012 for the new buildings, energy savings certificates, existing Park, and green lease. The recommendations address the first two records.

Work for energy savings
